ZL1 Addons Rock Guards (RallyArmor and RockBlokz alternative)

Since I bought my FiST I've hated how the brake dust coats the side skirts and lower doors, not to mention kick up all kinds of debris that sticks there. I'm not a fan of the large "rally style" mud flaps that are currently offered from RallyArmor and RockBlokz, nor their crazy expensive price.

ZLI Addons makes mud flaps that aren't as big as aftermarket "rally style" flaps and are well-known among the muscle car community. I've been waiting for a long time for ZL1 to make their Rock Guards for our car and they've finally made them available: https://zl1addons.com/index.php/shop-for-gear/rockguards/ford-fiesta-st-rock-guards-detail

I purchased the fronts and backs this week so I will update when they come in. Total price shipped was $65.98.

Love the look...reminds me of the C6 Z06 splash guards. Curious about the install...after you get them, can you elaborate on the drilling and filling with silicone?

Very subtle. ...I like them.....as the others have asked....what does the install all entail?

I was following their development on the other forums. These look excellent, so much better vs the other ugly and bulky options that we have for this car. I absolutely hate how awful the others make our cars look, but these are much more subtle and don't ruin the appearance.

I originally picked up some Rally Armors, but never put them on the car. These are more like what I want - thanks for posting these!

When these are installed. ....do you need to remove any of the wheels?

Awesome find. I've been debating Rally Armor since I got the car. Don't really like the look. Draws more attention than I want. These are perfect and price is right!

And guys, follow the link he provided. Install details are their web page. And yea, I'd remove the wheels to install these.

As much as I want to jump on these, $55 is a steal I want to see more pictures of them on the car. I'll wait for you guys to get them installed.

Just ordered them. Was just complaining about how much dirt I'm kicking up onto the paint and don't like those huge flaps

Subscribing to this. I want to see pics and an install guide before ordering. This is exactly what I've been waiting for as I hate how dirty my car gets by the wheels, but didn't want to have the big rally flaps.

Look what arrived today.

Unfortunately, no install instructions were included. I will be contacting them to address this as I'd rather not make assumptions when it comes to drilling holes in my car.

After reading on the website (original link provided by op) I think you are supposed to attach those blocks and drill into those, not the car. Do they have tape on them or something?

Looks like the whole kit is held on by 3M double sided tape. The site says the front don't require drilling, just tape. And the rears are drilled into the stuck on blocks. Longevity may be iffy. Nothing a trip to Home Depot can't solve.

Need to see these installed and definitely not feeling the whole "filling the gap" step.
