Is that functional?
I would imagine so. Its made by M-Sport, and they only make actual race car parts. Its what they put on their mid level rally cars, and it's adjustable. Team O'neil uses it on their top level rally car too.

That's put on a Non ST Fiesta. Meaning you have to swap out the ST wing with the little thing to fit that bad boy.

More likely, it uses a modified non-ST wing and comes all together as one unit.

I remember when I was into putting wings on Daily-Driven cars too.

It was 14 years ago and it ended shortly thereafter.

It's a little more subtle than it appears in the picture above, plus its functional. To each his own though.

Group buy interest?

I just emailed the company to look into a GB of 5-10 units, let me know if interested.

I will make a thread for it soon.

-----------------------

I am looking at all the real wing options and this one is not bad looking at all but I do not want it for the street, not needed for me so I have to make it come on and off fairly easily and look good without it.

Check this thread, page two by OP, wing made by Cestra Racing in Italy, this is likely what I will go with but make my own brackets and also may make it work on the stock wing as I have a spare to play with.

http://fiestast.net/threads/fiesta-r5-carbon-spoiler-and-carbon-wrapped-pieces.1995/

Fiberglass version, 310 euro, US would be $355 plus shipping, that is a great price as long as shipping is not nuts:)

http://www.rallyshop.it/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=384_1002_1776&products_id=20071

Carbon fiber version, 563 eruo, US would be $646, still a very good price and what I would get as my car will be at speed on long straight on road race tracks.

http://www.rallyshop.it/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=21_3704_3706&products_id=26772

Perhaps I can setup a GB with a combination of wings, FG and CF.

I bet whoever makes them also makes them for M-Sport, or the other way around.

I'd be down for the fiberglass version. Most everything carbon fiber has a fiberglass core anyway. Maybe I'll fire off a quick email to M-Sport to find out where to get their wing.

How about these options, look about as good as the carbon fibre one...

Check with Team O'Neil since they build the ST rally car that uses the MSport S2000/R5 wing. If anyone is going this route and needs a non-ST factory spoiler, I have a brand new take-off in Oxford White.

I am sure MSport makes the wings in house, along with the rest of the carbon fiber used on their rally cars.

Great minds think alike. I just sent them an email.

I feel in order for this to look right it would need some fender flare :)

I need to upload a picture from the rear but with 15x9, 225 race tires, fenders rolled as far as they go, the wing would look pretty fitting on my car I am sure. The car is lower than it looks, right side sitting in the gutter made the left side sit higher the way it was parked.

It would also compliment this.

And help slowing it down at speed with these BBKs I made fit, 11.75' GT rotors, 6 piston front, 11" GT rotors, 4 piston rear.

And I am going to make a diffuser as well and look at ways to block some of the air hitting the front of the tires, on the undertray and bumper cover ends as well as rear tires. I might add on some side skirts with flat panels going under the car as well but have to watch the points assessments for the TT class I am preparing for.

Pretty damn mean looking, RAAMaudio! The MSport S2000 wing would be perfect for your car and I know you would actually use it.

Here's the reply I got from Team O'Neil:

"The wing you see on our ST rally car is indeed an M-sport part and is normally included in their R200 kit. It is also similar to the R5 wing. The wing itself is a carbon fiber piece. Mounting brackets and hardware are included in the wing kit, which costs roughly $1800 including shipping and import duties. (The actual cost is 899 pounds from M-sport)

What year Fiesta do you have? The ST and certain years and models need to have the top trim piece on the trunk lid replaced to accommodate the spoiler. (Where the third brake light is) The wing brackets get welded to the trunk lid, and then that trim piece is cut to allow the brackets to pass through. Let me know if you have any questions and if your interested in purchasing I can put the order in with M-sport."

Thats more than I'm willing to spend.

lol, I think that money would be better spent on a new turbo kit.
