Gotcha without a tune you should get a couple Catalyst Efficiency CEL's. Get a tune. Regardless of your issues, that is the best bang for buck modification you can do to these cars period. In addition, the AP3 will get rid of the Catalyst CEL's.
Okay thanks man helps a lot that was my next purchase for the car any suggestions on what tuner to get

Well as far as the actual tuning device itself, the Cobb Accessport is really the only option and it's the only one you want. From there you can select from a ton of Etuners/Custom tuners like Adam from Tune +, Russ from Dead Hook, Alex from Stratified etc. But getting the tuner itself will solve the CEL's and just overall make the car way better. Not to judge but you should have done it before any bolt-ons :)

I assume you read the code and it is saying O2? Also assuming you cleared it and it came back? If not those are the first steps.

If O2 you can can try adding a a spacer or fouler to the O2 sensor as it is likely detecting too much air flow. THis will help you pass emission testing. If you don't care about emission testing you need a custom tune.

I have reset the codes and the same p0420 code appears I was told just the tuner would eliminate this I have also changed the o2 sensor with new ome original one and as far as emmsions my county don't require it so it don't matter

You need to get an intercooler and put the stage 3 tune on. Only the stage 3 maps have the ability to prevent a downpipe O2 sensor code.
