Wow! Im glad you posted this, you totally went above and beyond as far as customer support. Still sucks it takes this long but damn you tried your best to help.

Would you personally not be upset about waiting three weeks for mud flaps?

I didn't mean any offense. I respect that your doing all of that by yourself and it must be incredibly difficult. Maybe just stop selling items like these mud flaps if they're that long of a lead item. They can't make you that much money and it seems like the things that are out of your control are making your business look bad.

The day a customer doesn't appreciate the amount of work I do to help them is the day I don't want that customer since your not my customer feel free to take your opinions and stir pots in your own damn kitchen.

I'm not insulting anyone I'm stating facts that if my service was sooooo bad than why would I jump through hoop after hoop to make $10. Because I like helping people get what they want for there cars. It's my passion too. I don't live with my mom slanging parts I bust my ass every day to make people's dreams and passions come to life. Even if it's mud flaps.

Customers that are responsible for generating 20% of your revenue will cause 80% of your stress and vice versa (obviously these percentages can vary slightly, but you get the point). This is true for pretty much any company in the world. The most successfully ran companies would tell you not to waste your time with customers like this and to just get rid of them. Keep up the good work brother! I'm a customer for life.

thankyou for returning my call today its just that previously as in the day before yesterday the only infor I was getting was were out of stock and waiting on the factory. I thought the day I made my order you cold have emailed the factory and received at eta on when you would at least be receiving the mudflaps...none of which happened so up until today I really had no idea what was going on apart from were waiting on the facgtor

russ I didn't find out until 1 week later the item was out of stock my main issue is ur lack of correspendance with me, and with what was going on at the warehouse Samantha would say il get back to you then you would. so up up until today I had no idea when I would be getting them that's all. I'm not saying your a horrible person. just that if hiring another person is what it take to keep customers in the loop so be it. for the 3 weeks I was left with the understanding that you were contacting the warehouse on when they can ship...it most probably didn't take that long and I'm sure you were busy but keep me in the loop please and don't go on on about how good your customer service is. maybe you should do the technical side and hire someone else for customer relations because your going to get to the point where people don't care theres only one or 2 of you they want there product there paying money and they want corresponddence

....on a less whiny note, do you have any of your crash bars in stock? Got my 2J intercooler installed yesterday and that stock crash bar has pissed me off for the last time. lol

i have some instock ish lol 2 at powder coat getting black and 2 raw ones for customer color. So it would be 1 week tops to ship. Sooner if you got a black one.
