Does Renault make a turbocharged 3 cyclinder deisel?

The Yard Maintenance guy with the leaf blower had asked me about my FiST. He said he liked it and wanted to test drive one, and maybe get one for his son. He was back today and I asked him if he checked out the car. He said yes, but his son liked the Renault more. He said the Renault was more powerful. He also said the Renault gets 45-60 mpg city/ 80 mpg hwy, and the one they got is a turbo charged 3 cyclinder diesel and its more powerful than the FiST. I said I will have to go online and check that out. I told him Im he likes his new car.

The Clio is here. Pretty sure the guy had the stats mixed up. There is a turbo deisel 0.9L dCi...with 90bhp...

The car pictured on Reddit was a mid 2000's car...so what did the kid actually buy? I went onto Renault's website and there are no dealers in the US....weird

There might be a slight chance of people picking one up in mexico and bringing it back up to sell second hand, but no way are there brand new Renault for sale from an authorized dealership anywhere in the US, especially in the United Socialist Republik of Kalifornialand

Something like that. But Deisel. a Dci. and it cost $37,000. gets 80 mpg hwy, has more torgue than a FiST, and was sold at a dealership in Newark, CA.

So, what I think is: He told me information about several different vehicles.

He mixed the Renault Clio RS 200 with the Renault Clio 0.9l TCe, and the Clio 1.5l dCi.
