2J intake - how do you 2016-later guys have your pcv routed?

I saw a post on reddit where someone’s pcv hose rubbed through the fuel line it was resting on. I checked mine and sure enough it was resting on the same spot and had rubbed a shiny spot on there. I’m kinda tired of mucking about with the 2j for now and ordered a whoosh crossover and new lower cowl, but I wanted to see how you guys routed the PCV hose anyways. A photo of mine is attached, I added the zip ties last night to hold the hose up off the fuel line until my new lower cowl gets here on Friday. I know the zipties are ghetto but ghetto > a fuel line leaking.

Yeah I flipped it the other direction and ran it next to the intake manifold and under the coolant tank. I did cut the plastic tube right before the sensor and attached the provided silicon tube straight to that

Gotcha. I think my finicky "oem quality or better" side is getting the best of me. I like the sound of the 2j most of the time, but the buzzing against the cowl, floppy hoses, and constant p04db(pcv) code chased me off. I install it every few months and run it for a couple weeks, then take it off and run stock or an injen HAI for a while, etc.

I might try the ITG again, if it's nice and noisy, but uses stock vac+PCV lines I'll probably be pretty happy.

Thanks for the speedy reply :)

Happy to help! It’s weird how you get the code and I don’t, guess it’s just finicky like that. I do sometimes get the buzz. But it’s usually when I’m in gear and almost idle rpm with no throttle like in traffic and stuff. I do want to figure out a way to get the lines routed a little cleaner. You don’t see the lines because of how I routed it but it’s tight next to the strut tower because of the way I routed the lines and the catch can being there
