Ok so I opened my hood and saw no o2 sensor in the hole.... Holy shit dude.... The only reason it didn't fall off the car was because the harness was still attached... Like it wasn't just out of the hole, it was jammed in between my ecu... I replaced it anyways because I didn't wanna have to do it for a while. That's was a freak thing, I know I tighten that appropriately.

That'll do it haha. Save the old one, it's likely fine given the lack of miles on your car.
