So I have been trying to remove the stock fog lights and I'm having the hardest time trying to find the 2 25 torx screws holding each housing together. I've looked at the diode dynamics video & the cjpony parts video and I'm baffled. Here's two photos showing the passenger side foglight. My car is a 2016 fiesta st and I had someone put in LED bulbs in place of stocks. View attachment 37669 20210119_151116.jpg 20210119_151047.jpg 20210119_151047.jpg

Try removing your headlight so you can have better access to the fog lights instead from the liner

went underneath also, and it isn't an issue of accessing the fog light, its that we can't find the torx screws holding the fog light in place.

Yours looks different than my 2018. Mine had two screws in opposing diagonal corners. The other two diagonal corners had locating pins instead of screws.

I can't see, since your pics are up close, but is there shrouding around the foglight assembly? It kinda appears as there is, but like I said, without a full area pic, it's hard to tell. If there is shrouding, you'll have to remove it to get to the foglight housing. Normal access is from the fender well.

Looks like previous owner mounted fog lamps in front of bumper cover, sandwiched behind the black fog light trim piece. Normally it's mounted from behind, as slopoke mentioned.

That looks nothing like mine. Someone did a hack job on them! Cut off those square blocks at the opposing corners. (probably the same type of zip ties used to attach accessories to radiators). I agree, they look like they were mounted from the front instead of the rear(as they should be).

You don't cut them off lol, they pop out. Then you put them in the other way so as to use them the way they're meant to go which is from the front so as to hold a screw being inserted through the rear.

This is a brand new car from the Ford dealer, we just took it to this guy to install the led bulbs in place of the stock fog bulbs. He was saying something but we didn't understand at the time. We just told him as long as they work and left it at that. Guess he didn't know ford fiestas 🤷‍♀️

So we finally figure it out...guy we took St to install LED bulbs on the fogs messed up and went full on Mickey Mouse repair and used the wrong bolts. we installed Diode Dynamics Pro fog lights and they suck. Not bright at all considering their 300 price tag. All I wanted was yellow fogs so I'm gonna go with stocks with brighter bulbs and laminX yellow film.

If you want more of a driving light. You need to get the Baja Designs lights. I had the driving/cornering lights in mine. The cornering lights were like a fog light pattern and of course, the driving lights were exactly that. The amount of light they emitted were just right. If I went to the Pro series, it would have been too bright. A link to my installation of the Baja Designs is below.

I think you may need to adjust them up a little, I just have the sports and they are pretty bright.
