Sync 1 to Sync 2 Upgrade Help

Hey Guys!
I have just recently purchased my 2013 Fiesta ST (Molten Orange) and I’m loving it so far, the only thing letting it down is the outdated radio/stereo. I have decided that I would rather keep it stock instead of purchasing an aftermarket android radio so I maintain all the vehicle settings in case I would need to ever change them (hill start assist, ESC) - as well as steering wheel controls. The SYNC 2 module would be more than enough for me as I am just after a simple touch control and a decent size which the SYNC 1 lacks. I would ideally get the whole radio/stereo setup from a wrecker and was just wondering if there are any tutorials and whether it would be a plug and play for a SYNC 1-2 upgrade as from my research most people are only interested/done an upgrade for SYNC 3. Any info would be great.
Thanks!

You can check youtube the channels navi upgrade, 4dtech, infotainment o do a search for sync2
Found them, thanks man! It seems like an annoying process as you have to basically get all the parts imported from the US.

Not really you can find the parts also at AliExpress without no problem and cheaper. Also find the the APIm and screen at Junkyard but beware there are PIm Non Nav (16Gb) and Nav (32Gb) the connectors is the trouble for the upgrade fron sync1 to either Sync2 or Sync3

Ah ok, I’ll check it out. Thanks! I’m really surprised that Ford got away with giving Australian models only SYNC 1 from the 2013-2017 models… I guess they made up for it with making the recaro seats standard and not an additional option.
