For me:
CF knob
Pro Clip Angled Dash Mount
LED lights inside and outside as much as I love the headlights the turn signals blew my mind away and are by far my favorite lighting upgrade)
Dead Pedal
Spoiler extension (still need to install)
Center console removable cup + lid
5" shorty antenna
I have some SE Honeycomb tail lights that I need to grab a wiring harness to install

Dang I just bought an Anker dual port car charger. I guess that can go in the backseat because now I ordered one with the voltage readout.

Oh also for non performance improvements I recommend a dashcam. I am running the Anker 1080p one it was only like $45. I always recommend dashcams because $50 could save you thousands in insurance costs. As an example I rear ended a guy and thanks to my dashcam I could prove he illegally changed lanes in front of me on the freeway. If I didn't have the cam I would have probably been 100% at fault but thanks to the footage I was given 0% fault.

@Typical Tom ... making my car look like an R/C car... now there's an idea πŸ’‘... πŸ€”... add some stripes and decals... really long flimsy antannae with a wire hanging off the end... knobby tires... mega huge spoiler in the back... extend the front bumper... πŸ˜‰ If I had the time I'd PhotoShop that on there as a fun gag.
Do. It. :devilish:

Since I never use my front outlet, bought one of these just to get a cockpit volt reading.

That looks pretty cool. Let us know how it works out.

These don't improve the driving experience but SHORTY ANTENNA. It's like $20 and I never see people with them. The stock antenna is hideous IMO. Makes the car look like an R/C car. Very underrated "mod" if you ask me. And to top it off it takes 40 seconds to screw the stock one off and screw in the new one.
I do kind of like the RC car likeness though. Afterall, our cars do feel like VERY FUN big toys.

im thinking of selling my ST weather mats so I can put some metal diamond mats in instead.
This will complete the "feel" for me as far as interior goes

Now, this dash. There has to be something that can be done without it offsetting the entire interior.

I forgot that the front outlet stays active in my 2016. πŸ€”
Might look into putting a relay on it.

Window tint: Saves your interior and helps with outside heat.

Broadway convex rear view mirror lets me see out the side windows while driving.

I just got my St the ceramic tint all around and it's such a relief opening the doors in this hot california weather and not get burned when seating on my sparco leather seats. amazing tech.

So far I’ve done. Rear wiper delete from WMS. Turbo Snail inlays. Stubby Jr two inch antenna. Lamin-X charcoal third brake light cover. Rally Armor mud flaps. I have some valve stem caps I’m not sure about putting on my FiST. What do you think?

  • 25% window tint all around
    • Helps with privacy and heat in the Spring and Summer
  • Covercraft UVS100 Sunscreen
    • Fits the windshield perfectly and keeps the interior cool
  • Pedal spacer
    • Not sure if this counts as a performance mod or not, but being able to heel/toe significantly improves the driving experience
  • Silicone license plate frame
    • One of my favorite mods! No more rattle from the license plate and it came with all the hardware. Install took 2 minutes
  • Weathertech floor mats
    • Got these for Christmas and I like them so far. I'd worn holes through the stock driver's side mats and they looked ratty

Good job on these mods. If I get Recaros, I'll definitely do those upgrades. I've done the rest. I actually regret tinting my windows somewhat. The shop that did it was top notch but considering they had to remove so many panels, some of which I had to tweak back into place, I kind of wish I'd spent the $450 elsewhere and not had my car molested. I actually dislike things being darker from the inside when wanting to see nature in its original color glory and at night it makes things more difficult to see. If I want dimmer, sunglasses do the trick. It does help with the heat somewhat but not as much as I'd hoped as I got the windshield done too. I didn't skimp as I got Xpel Prime. Anyway, it's not worthless and I do like the look and even minor heat reduction but it's kind of a no net gain for me.
Is it me, or did you have to remove your windows to get them tinted? I've never heard of having to do that, ever!

As an aside, I got a replacement antenna that looks just like a 50mm calibre shell. Great reception too.

Can't say enough good things about the Husky floor liners. They go up really high, and even cover the dead pedal area. They have pointy rubber feet that dig into the carpet so they don't move.
One of the first things I did when I got the car, and I'm happy with them.

I got the stubby antenna (4"), and there was no change in radio reception.

All LED internal lights.
Chromed indicator lamps in front and rear - no more fried egg effect.
Foam strips along the rear parcel shelf mount - the rattling was driving me insane
Rubber matting in the glovebox and centre console armrest cubby - see above.
HID headlights - halogen lamps through projector lenses are an abject fail.
Android Auto Kenwood DMX5020 DABS double din HU and a Kenwood KSC-PSW8 sub under the seat - fits like a glove - Fords miserable SONY unit can die a damp death in the loft.
Rubber valve stem replacements - no more corrosion around the valve stems.

I also have a ceramic tint and in Phoenix it's essential. It made a HUGE difference on the interior temperature of the car when it's been parked in the sun. Also a dash shield for the front windshield is essential.
