I've seen that now with different stock and tuned ecoboost 3cyl turbo engines, so seems to be nothing broken: after hard acceleration lifting the pedal -> rpm drops minimal and rises minimal again (<100rpm fluctuation), after that drops slowly. I can see the needle moving accordingly. Can somebody confirm this? Is it the engine recentering itself as a whole acting on the transmission or similar after acceleration? Is it some crazy catalyst cleaning stuff? See picture attached for graphs.
