When we bought the 2016 Fiesta ST, it only came with one key. That was three weeks ago. Since then, the car was out of commission for a week replacing the clutch, flywheel, and slave cylinder. First full week driving it, and we wanted a spare key. So, we ordered two on Amazon. Using ForScan to program new keys, we got one programmed and working. Onto the next, it said it had already been programmed. So, the person doing this, while not thinking, decided to hit “erase all keys and start over.” Now we have a close friends Autel programming device and we can’t even get the car in the “Run” or “Accessory” position where you need to be to program a new key. Any tips on helping us out? There has to be a way to program a key to the car if you lose them all, right?
