I'm picking up a used Fiesta ST and want to go hybrid turbo (Whoosh), intercooler upgrade (unless this car already has one, I see it already has a bigger aftermarket radiator), Cobb AP, colder plugs, a tune, GFB DV+ and an AFE or Green filter inbox. I don't want to get a downpipe, exhaust or intake because I want it to sound stock (and I had issues with Cobb catted downpipe throwing codes so I'd have to upload a stage 3 OTS Cobb map and run it with my Pumaspeed X47R in order to get it inspected).

Has anyone done this?

I spent a TON of money on my last FiST (you can look at my build under that section) and I'm not doing all that again. I'd like to pop the hood and have it look and sound stock but also be around 275-290hp.

Honestly I think you’ve checked all the essential boxes - the only thing I’d add is to get better clamps on the intercooler hoses, or double up on them.

You might be leaving a few horsepower on the table, but not as much as you’d think (the stock intake, downpipe and exhaust are actually not that bad. Most of the other upgrades are mostly for noise, looks or reliability. An OEM ST200 lower Airbox could be a useful upgrade that is pretty low profile if you want to go that route.

[thumb] I like this concept, as I am not one much for under hood bling myself.

I'm still with the factory snail, but except for no engine cover, CFM oil filler breather, and the Damond can/tubing, it looks completely factory.
Not even so much as an aftermarket battery hold down.

WHY I went with the ST 200 box as well, as Dialcaliper suggested above.

I did go with a CP-E resonated exhaust on the factory downpipe, since I want/need to hear the engine to be able to shift correctly with my sh*t hearing.
But even that system is not too obnoxious (to me at least), so only a bit more 'give away' than the factory system.

I’d think you’ll want to at least drill some holes in the lower portion of the airbox to get enough air flow, but otherwise sounds like a great plan. Too far gone now, but wish what’s what I had done.

Thank you for your replies.

Only parts purchased for this car so far is hyper black ROTA Titans (probably the last set of hyper black 17x8 4x108 40 offset in the U.S., 215/40-17 Direzza Zllls and a coilover set up. Car is sitting too low for my liking and rides like sh*t but I'm not complaining.

Windows need tinting. I'm going to have to go over this car with caution as it already has a serious drop with lowering springs and an aftermarket radiator. It may also already have an upgraded intercooler, I just can't tell.

I have a huge order in my cart with Ron @ Whoosh.

Post some pics or videos. We’ll tell you what we see. Biggest risk is if there are different injectors. The XDI fuel pump would be somewhat obvious if that has been done.

It runs like stock. I would think bigger injectors and or a HPFP would make it not run so well. I'm more afraid that it has a tune with an AP that isnt unmarried.

I sold my Explorer ST to CarMax and it has a 93 map. 😬

I couldn't go back to stock because it has an XDI pump.

This is basically what I did. X37 turbo, turbo smart bov and a MAP intercooler we're the major mods. Kept the stock cat exhaust and intake. Suspension is also stock. I love it. Kind of a sleeper build. I want to be fast I just don't want people to know I'm fast.
