Hello!

So im replacing the stock differential of my fiesta. If im going that far id like to replace my clutch slave cylinder as well.

HOWEVER

Every mechanic here has told me the same thing: The slave cylinder HATES extreme cold.

Winter hits -40 here.

Im wondering if anyone has info on one thats better in the cold? Is there an updated OEM? Do i stay stock and hope? You all have pulled through for me a lot the last few weeks and i greatly appreciate the info!

There is OEM ....RTS And Luk* That is all i know of. no Updated parts or anything. Most people go with RTS or OEM. With RTS and Whoosh parting ways RTS unit may be hard to obtain at all. So OEM it will most likely be! Which is fine!

Yeah i keep seeing LuK pop up. Never heard of them however. And i cant track down anything on an RTS so that might be out of the equasion

Never had any problems with LUK/Sachs. Honestly, I've had parts that were branded one company, but had stampings of the other.
