I just took delivery of mine. I know their used, but you would think they would clean them up just a touch. When I sell used stuff I try to at least make it look decent. Where is your leak coming from? You think it was from shipping? Was noise in FWD gears due to the fluid leak causing the level to drop too ow? That would be a significant leak to drain enough fluid to cause that on a short test drive. I've never had one of these out of the car. I was surprised at how skinny the output shaft is.

The pictures I posted show both the new and original trans. It’s on the very edge of the case webbing. It almost looks like a small pressed in plug. Whatever happened removed some of the aluminum trans case, and looks like it deformed the plug. The leak is from there. I do not believe the fluid ran too low, I turned around immediately, and it’s not a huge leak, but significant enough. The big problem is the noise of course. My amateur guess is an incorrect tolerance weather it’s the diff or whatever. Or it was dropped, but that damage is small, and at a wierd angle for an outright drop. I’m posting a pic of how it arrived. I’ll try and shoot a video, and see if the noise comes out. I emailed Pumaspeed Tuesday. I haven’t heard anything yet. I will be doing a follow up email this Friday.
