Low Voltage and No Air Help 🙏🏽

First new here. Thanks for accepting 🙏🏽 Have an MK7 2014.

Recently got hit with an ABS light. Error u3003-16.
“Battery voltage below threshold”. My climate control module will turn on for a second and the number display turns right off. I have no air at all

Just got the multimeter and checking through fuse everything seems to be fine. Continuity through it all and nothing blown.

I tried replacing the CCM, but did the same thing. Turns on for a second, and then goes off.

I purchased a brand new battery, but nothing. Still same “low voltage”. I sanded down the terminals connecting to the battery and nothing. I tested the terminals from the battery and gets correct 12.45-12.5 amps. I’m no mechanic and this is driving me nuts

in the “secret menu” battery shows great voltage while cars on 138, 120 when cars in accessory mode.

My radio will also sometimes have volume, but sometimes I have to turn the car off, then start the car back up for the volume to come back up.

Next up is checking the relays but I’m not able to pull it because I can’t grab it -____- behind the fuse box.

if anyone has experienced something like this let me know.

Yeah I was gonna say BMS. It’s a common thing with Raptors when switching batteries that go bad. Assume the FiST has something similar.

Wow so to me this is totally left field. I checked every fuse and relay with multimeter and checking the relays with a 9 volt battery.

One came back with no continuity, ignition switch relay. Replaced it and BOOM! After almost a week. My radio volume is back, my climate control module stays on and air coming through. Would’ve never thought it was this relay. So hopefully if someone has the same symptoms I’m on their MK7 don’t over look the ignition switch relay.

thanks to everyone who also chimed in 🙏🏽

Good idea to test everything. Glad it worked!

Thanks for updating the thread with the resolution
