Ick and ickier! Why would anyone do this to our beloved FiST??? Way to ruin a great car. Custom work is worthless. If it don't increase performance, don't bother. Just my 2 cents :)

Not my cup of tea but I do appreciate the incredible workmanship.

But one of them does look like a cup of tea.

First one is nice. Second one looks like something I have to clean up out of my carpet if my cat doesn't make it to the litter box.

The Internet kiddo's loved the second ST, I found it to be horrible. The color isn't too bad, it is those terrible wheels. Rally Inovations did a really good job on the R5 clone. Most of the ST's I have seen posted are not very nice, in fact, there are way better looking cars on here than were at SEMA.

I like the stance of the second one, but the color and the wheels are horrible. I know sema cars are supposed to be outlandish and exaggerated to catch your attention, but I'd rather watch my own conception in imax than look at that thing again.

I like the wing (love the wing actually), skirts, splitter, mechanicals, and don't mind the color. The wheels are just not for me.

The color looks like a moccachino, not my cup of tea (get it!), but very well executed. I would love to drive/ride in this car to see how the air bags have changed the ride. I really like the rear wing and side skirts. This represents a lot of work, which I applaud.

I had really high hopes for the car All Star, been watching the build with baited breath. But that is absolutely hideous. I love the headlights, I completely hate everything else about it. Both of those Fiesta's miss the mark by a mile. I'd take a bone stock one anyday over those truly terrible looking cars. Sorry I don't mean to be disrespectful.... I'm just really disappointed.

Thanks! Comments like this are the exact reason why I did it the way I wanted to. [like]

*EDIT - I'm not six years old anymore so I'll remove this part of my reply.

Whether the wheels were a poor choice, or not (seems more like an after-thought) at the end of the day, All Stars car was at SEMA and ours weren't. He's doing something right.

Hey guys, I've been lurking around the site for a few hours (after I finally joined - as I've been lurking around here for much longer.) I ran into this thread and saw the OP posted those two photos. I was the guy that shot those two pics - Thank you for sharing. I quite like @all star's build. I guess it's the polarizing thing I like the most - as some will love it and some will hate it. Funny how everyone complains about the wheels though. On a show car, wheels are great because they are like shoes. Let me ask you guys, what shoes did ya'll wear yesterday? Bet most of you are not wearing the same ones today as you did yesterday.

This car is a cool build. I would have probably chosen different wheels too. But that might have made the car too "safe." Plus, if and when this car gets different wheels it can take on another show and still be full of win, while looking different. I hope Tjin and I cross paths at some point because I would love to check out this car in more detail than I could at SEMA. I'd be stoked to ride along too and check out the air suspension in action.

I'd hate to have a link in my very first post in FiST forum, but it is completely relevant to the topic. So here it goes...

I actually published a story about the tan FiST last night. Feel free to take a look. My site is not open for comments though, that's what Facebook, IG, Twitter and forums are for ;)

The story is here: http://rallyways.com/8112/tjin-edition-all-star-fiesta-st-build/

I've subbed to the thread so I'll keep an eye on replies. I'm thinking of buying a FiST for myself, so while I'm a member of many forums, the topic of any Fiesta ST is very interesting to me as I learn about my possibly purchase.

"No liberty strolls or rodent rockets or any of those shenanigans here."

Love it. Rodent rockets, hahaha.

^^^ Hehe. I know. I chuckled a little as I wrote that. [:p]

All I kept thinking of was the poor baby blue smashed LB 458. I was halfway from Vegas when I got a text from a friend with a photo of the Jeep / 458 incident.

Great photo's, I was just hunting Google-Images for some Sema pics and they popped up. Our local guys were down there, but they took forever to get some pics up... they also love to torment me for being an ST fanboy, haha. These are the pics they took:

Where there any other Fiesta ST's at the show?

If there were any other FiSTs at SEMA, I didn't see them. There was an extra one in the North Hall last year, but that was about it. FiSTs are pretty niche. You won't find many FiSTs, or Miatas for that matter at a show like this.

I published something on them as soon as I could, but mainly because I like them. I don't expect a whole lot of traffic from it.

Funny, I was talking to a big guy from Texas who runs an offroad accessories company and I forgot I wasn't talking to the usual car enthusiast I'm accustomed to. Needless to say, he made quite a bit of fun of me when I said I was going to buy a Fiesta ST. Lol. Who cares?
