Fiesta ST Cobb exhaust hanger review

I have a DIY 3" exhaust that I spent a great deal of time designing to have the fewest bends, less angle to them and freest flow possible. I knew it would take some tweaking to keep it from rattling as close to many things and I had it working great until I did some hard core all out driving at the race track and got it really hot, it changed shape a bit and was going to take some serious effort to fix as it was hitting in two places.

I ordered the Cobb silicone hangers to use when I made the mods but they worked so well I only had be bend one mount and then not only no more rattles, it barely moves, it went back into the exact same original position a the tip, perfectly aligned.

for Cobb hangers, they saved me a great deal of work.

Nice to hear! I recently installed a hitch for my mountain bike. The exhaust knocked all around while driving after the install. Zip ties fixed the up/down knocking, I'm hoping these will fix the side to side AND up/down.

Installed the COBB exhaust hanger bushings and the knocking has gone away completely. These things really tighten up the exhaust! They are a bitch to install unless you use copious amounts of WD-40. Large tongue and groove pliers and a very thin 6" screw driver helped quite a bit too.

Perhaps, but these things are ridiculously stiff. They don't move or flex much at all. Lubing everything up was my savior. It took probably 30 min to install all 3.

Replace the 3 orange ones. should be just past the downpipe and then the last 2 are in the rear.

I wrap stainless hose clamps around stock hangers. Tighten them down snug but not crazy snug. Tightens up the exhaust for fractions of the cost.
