my fiesta is turning off while driving with the battery icon lit and the oil light lit . I’m afraid this car will turn off while I’m driving on a highway or intersection . No engine codes pop up thank you .

Make an APPT. @ at a ferd dealer of your choice as it is still underneath 3 year/36k bumper to bumper warranty.

Would it matter if I’m big turbo and I have supporting mods, I wonder if they’ll void it

Usually with a battery/charging problem, once the battery is depleted the car will not start.
However, since it starts, lack of oil pressure will shut off the fuel pump.
I would start by looking at fuel and oil systems.
Both of those systems could have been affected by your big turbo install.

I'm waiting until after my warranty expires; then I'll install modifications.

Only if they can prove one of the modified parts are at fault. You change anything electrical?
Just installed a single port aux fuel kit which just taps into the wires but nothing electrical changed

Is it after you pump gas? or do you notice that it might be activating in low rpms and flooding the engine?

Definitely sounds like a fuel issue to me.
