3rd gear feels like it bogs

So I have a 2015 and the other day had a couple pulls with some friends going against a s2000 and a redline. When racing and going into 3rd gear it felt like everything just got slower (bogged). And after going to 4th it felt normal again and the car continued to keep pushing. Does anyone have this issue or know what I should look for?

I'm currently running Cobb ots stage 1 93oct. 2j intake and resonator delete.

My fuel/ air looks normal. My oar is what it should be -1. My ignition correction is advancing to a +6, which is also good.

I also uninstalled the acessport and re-installed it. While it was disconnected I unplugged the battery for a good 20 minutes.

Where/when are you shifting from 2nd?

im shifting at right before redline. Some pulls i do no lift shift and others times without.

The only time 3rd bogs for me is when I shift out of 2nd to early and land below 3000rpm in 3rd.
