Curious if anyone has run their car without the muffler heat shield my studs all rusted and it was literally just sitting on top of the muffler so I pulled it off. I figure If some run without the downpipe shield the muffler shield isn’t a huge deal. The floor was warm but probably only about 80 or so degrees after a half hour drive.
