I figured it out. I installed new bulbs today and my headlights were aimed really high.

Just for future reference:

You put your car 25 ft from a wall
You measure the height of the mark on the headlight and then put a piece of tape on the wall at the same height. I think my car was 29.5"
Then you adjust the bulb height by using a Philips head screw driver. You insert it here...
