Aux Fuel GDI Re-Pressurization

I installed the Whoosh SPA, and cannot seem to get any fuel pressure. My AP shows 41 FRP actual psi, which if I am correct is not sufficient. Was I supposed to prime my system and/or bleed the new fuel line going to throttle body injector? Poor girl doesn't wanna start, and I'm bummed haha.
