Bilstein b14 pss springs?

I've heard that the bilstein b14 coilovers use H&R springs. Can anyone clarify this? Their site doesn't give much info on the springs, it's more about the dampers.

Are the springs stock size? Wonder if the Bilstein dampers with Swift springs would be a good combo.
