put new brake rotors/pads on about 3 months ago, starting to hear a weird squeaking/creaking noise when brakes are in use (coming from front left). squeaking also happens when the steering wheel is turned slightly one way but will also go away. not sure if i got the brakes to hot? brakes still work as advertised, tried spraying them down to see if it was just dirt caught up worked for a little. going to get an alignment this weekend as my car pulls slightly to the right. any thoughts?

'sounds' (sorry) like the caliper sliders. The pins dry out and need love and affection when its 20 degrees outside.
think a little grease should do the trick? i was wondering if that caliper could be getting stuck
