"CAN" bus leds?

I'm looking at led lights all around and found these http://www.superbrightleds.com/cat/tail-brake-turn/filter/CAN_Bus,Yes,116,4017: so my question is, will they work so I don't have to add resistors?

Yes those LED bulbs will work and you will still need resistors for the blinkers. CAN bulbs are supposed to disable the warning lights but it doesn't address the hyper blinking issue.
