So I have had this noise for about 2 months, have been away but finally back and ready to fix this problem but cannot diagnosis or pin point the issue,

the thing about the second website is that the noise occurs when I am turning or driving slowly, not just breaking, it occurs when I am in Neutral. The noise will occur even if I am not breaking at low speeds.
