Yesterday I installed the Deadhook Symposer delete, and once I fired the car back up it is making some strange noises from the intake. My car currently has a short ram intake tester on it for a 2016 model. It is coming from the area of the air filter, and when one steps on the gas it quiets it, and when off the gas a howling/horn/humming sound follows for 10 seconds then stops. When you start the car it sound like a cammed V8 and when you step on the pedal ever so slightly it quiets it but a howling sound follows. I have checked and rechecked the symposer delete and it is installed properly, I have never heard an intake sound like this does.
There is no CEL on the car and it drives just fine.
It is MUCH louder with the tune off the car, and with the tune on it is slightly quieter but the sound is still very loud.
