Car won't rev higher than 5-5.5k RPM Help!

I dunno man. For me, it looks like you are letting off the gas at around 5k rpms. When you say it won't go higher than 5k, I expect to see the pedal position near 100% while the revs hang out at 5k or bounce against it. But in all of these logs, I watch revs climb while the pedal is down and then you let off at just under 5k and the revs come back down.

It does look like cylinders 2-4 registered a knock.

AFR is still on the rich side (never gets below 12.2)

Oh I know, I let off the gas on that run bc I ran out of space but it goes to 6.6k

Would be better if you were WOT from 2k up. But, from the way boost ramps up with the throttle it seems normal.
