Center Console USB Ports

They have recently stopped working and bought a new hub hoping that would work. So question is where the hell is the fuse for that at. In all the diagrams I find and fuses I check they seem fine, but none of them explicitly say its for the USB in the center console.

A USB port would not have a fuse since it is a data/power provided by the cars computer. The fuse for the computer depends on year of car (Sync 2 vs Sync 3). https://fuse-box.info/ford/ford-fiesta-2014-2018-fuses-and-relay. For a 2016, check F10 & F24, but if your radio / head unit is working normally (besides the USB ports) it should not be a fuse issue.

Stopped working how?
There's data and then there's 5v power.
Are you saying it stopped supplying 5v power?
If so, have you put a volt meter on it to verify?

For Sync3, both data and power go back to the head unit.
I accessed the wire harness for my USB as a means of signaling some relays here...

There is a radio reset option. If it's simply not reading a flash/hard drive, there's an option to force a reset on the media index; though sometimes flash/hard drives just fail and/or work intermittently.

Any chance some wetness got into the console?
Photos are in the thread I linked to.
Trace the wire harness back to the plug in the photos and test for power there.

Cannot locate the Sync3 USB module in the Service Manual's wiring diagrams; only Sync1. But my guess is, Sync2/3 it run back to the APIM. The APIM is bolted to the FDIM which is the display.

Computers will deactivate a port that has problems with power; and the only way to reset the port is to deactivate the computer. Let's make sure that isn't the case here, since the alternative might involve testing the wire harness before replacing the APIM.

Disconnect the harnesses seen in the photo... (The top one is power and I suspect the middle is USB but not 100% sure)

... then disconnect the vehicle battery for 20 minutes. Once reconnected and ignition activated, test for the presence of 12v on the pair and 5v on the quad while the harnesses remain disconnected. It's possible that the third one may actually be the USB... don't recall as it has been awhile since I've been in there.
