Cheapest (and Reliable) way to go Stage 2?

Already have the Cobb AP, and just wondering what a cheap and reliable way is to stage 2?

Seems like stage 2 involves upgrading the IC and intake?

Depo ic, Cobb accessport, and a stratified flash tune, until you go hybrid or BT.
