Clunk noise in neutral

When I'm at a red light in neutral, I hear a noise like "clunk clunk clunk". When I step on the clutch, the noise goes away. The frequency of the "clunk" sound is about 350 bpm. It's a 2016 at 77k miles. Anybody know what this might be?

Sounds like the trans isn't coming fully out gear. Best of luck. Hopefully just needs an adjustment to the shift linkage

I keep forgetting our cars have DMF and not SMF lol.

It sounds like the throw out bearing (aka release bearing) is on its way out.
