Clutch replacement

I have a 2016 fiesta st
I want to replace clutch, pressure plate, flywheel and trow bearing
Anybody knows torque specs for all this items?

You parting ways with the old clutch/pressure plate/flywheel? I'm trying get a really. Bad condition one for cheap, let me know.
