Cobb AP mount

Anyone else have problems mounting there AP mount? Mine didnt want to stick, so I had to get some 3M tape and it works better but it still doesn't stay very well. Where did you guys mount yours? Mines right by the headlight switch.

I don't use the dash mount. I go the suction cup from one of my old GPS's and It has the little ball adapter. It works great attached to the windshield on the left side.

I replaced the double sided tape and have it place by the NAV. It's worked really well. These photos are from another member here on a thread with a link posted below.

^^Mine's in the same spot. The tape debonded on the side that attaches to the mount. Stuck on the car side really well. Ended up getting a little superglue, to rebond the tape to the mount. Been holding up in 100+ degree weather for the last few weeks.
