So I need a new AP3 mount as the 3m wore out. The Pillar mount looks clean but costs $64. Anyone running the suction cup mount from amazon?

or

Also found this : http://www.walmart.com/ip/Garmin-Suction-Cup-Mount-010-10747-00/8154382 from a focus st forum

Which one offers best fitment for our cars?

thanks :)

Hey guys,

Looks like I found a fix to my own problem! I was in my garage and realized I had an old garmin gps that's 4 years old and I removed it when I traded in my z06 since my 15 GT and 15 ST had on board Nav.

I tucked the excess cable under the steering wheel and pinched the cable against the left size of the A pillar and dash.

I'm using the $9.99 suction cup garmin mount that I posted above except that I already had one laying around!

I was going to say, I have the one from your first link, and it works great.
