Cobb cold charge pipe install with bumper removal??

I put my intercooler on and then found a good deal on cold side hard piping. Wondering if anyone has tried to put the cold side on without removing the bumper?

It is difficult, but can be done, depending on where the clamp nut is located on the cold side of the ICC. After that, all of the other clamps are easy to get to.
