Coolerworx gears shifting to the left

Hey all, so I have a coolerworx installed and it is awesome. One thing I noticed is that it slowly is moving left to the point that 5th gear is where 3rd should be and reverse is 1st gear position. I have no idea why it is doing this and was wondering if anyone had any ideas? Thanks.

Ahhh i see we have to take our intake off unlike the fost

Ok, while that was helpful and made my shifts really nice. What was wrong was the rod from the reverse side was way to long causing problems. Will post pictures when I get to my laptop
