Yes it still is i didnt get car back yet with parts in back seat/trunk broke my main connector installing the itg intake so now i have loads of lights on friend needs to swap it out from the doner car

you're better off buying new ones, like from dorman or something. there's the "end all be all actuator thread" you can view

I bought my dorman from Amazon, no issues in over a year.... Passenger is an easy install
