Dial problems?

Hey everybody, I was wondering if this was something unique to me or if you all have this problem too the volume dial often is extremely slow to respond and sometimes it’ll jump to max volume every once in a while, also I find that the fan dial very often just give me like one or two bars no matter how many times I turn it then sometimes I’ll turn it all the way back wait a second and then turn it and then I’ll get a couple more barsAnd then sometimes it works like it needs to warm up or some thing do you have this problem I’m thinking about whether or not I should take it into the dealership

Are you talking about the radio dial volume or the dial for the air conditioning fan ?
