Did I get shorted? Literally.

I installed the bar to the rear torque beam or whatever you call it. Did I get hardware that is too short? I couldn't even use the supplied washers so I used red threadlocker. Has anyone else experienced this? It was the same thing trying to install the bolt from the bottom up. 1654980932897.png
