Euro Front License plate?

Has anyone on here installed a European front license plate? I have the U.S. version ST with no pre-drilled holes from an existing US plate or anything. I'd prefer to not drill holes. Does anyone make any brackets? Some websites even show velcro tape to hold the plate on.

I mean if its used for cosmetics i think so! I've seen a few cars around with them on for added looks. Looks cool i think
