Europe VIN identification

Hi
I was checking the VIN number on my vehicle registration certificate that i just got in Italy. According to this website. https://www.fofiesta7.com/ford_fiesta_identification_codes_description_and_operation-21.html, first 3 letters should be "3FA", mine are "WF0" and then none of the other letters match up with mine
