My MBRP exhaust has been in my car for a 4-5 months now. I guess the hangers have settled some because a couple weeks ago I started getting a rattle from the exhaust hitting the cross bar near the center of the car. I ended up fixing it pretty easily. I bought 8 stainless washers at lowes. They are the really wide ones with a 1/2" hole. See pics below. I put the washers on the bottom side of the brace and taped them in place for easy installation. I stacked 2 washers on each bolt. I screwed the cross bar back in place and all is good with no annoying rattle. I wonder if the aftermarket cross bars are lower hanging?
