Fiesta St cold start issue

The car will rev up and down for roughly a minute on cold start. It wont do it if the engine has been warmed up from driving again. Anyone know what could cause this ? It started once I got a full service and timing belt done, but the garage couldn’t find any faults with it once I took it back.
