Fiesta St RS Kit (EUvsNA problems)

So, i've searched for a while now. Im in the process of buying my fiesta st and had found a UK company that makes a "RS" looking front bumper. Now i know the rear bumper is shorter in the EU vs NA dues to different crash ratings and smaller bumper support. I cant, however, find info on the front bumper. I couldnt even find a ford parts dealership website for the EU to see what the front bumper support looks like.
I am wondering if the front would bumper from the EU versions fit on the NA versions.
the RS bumper looks like this.. (so sexy!)

and then the rear (obviously ill need the support bar switched and the stock hatch spoiler to be able to get the RS wing.)

Also, how are some of these people running dual exhausts, doesnt the spare tire form get in the way?
Any help appreciated.

Front bumper is different on the NA/US models too. There's a thicker and wider crash bar on the front of the US models as opposed to the European.

Any help on where i can purchase EU Ford parts?
Not sure if I am searching incorrectly or damn location lock on google searches.
