Hi all, great forum here! My name is Tom. 30yrs old,Married with 2 little boys. Long time Celica owner. Actually still own my 93 celica gt convertible, love it to death, never thought I'd ever consider letting it go, but I came across a lightly used fiST at a local dealer here in nw Ohio, and I can't get it out of me head. Green envy, with all options minus the Rado wheels.( forgot to look to see if it had the red calipers, that's not a deal breaker though ) just over 5k miles

I want a car I can take my boys in and still be able to enjoy it when it's just me, car seats don't fit in my vert. Dislike driving the grand caravan( my wife's vehicle) when even I go some place with the family. I think if I can get the right deal the ST will be mine.

Anything I should look at in particular when I go back? I guess it was a corporate demo car or something like that.

Here's my celica and a teaser of the ST I'm looking at

Welcome! The car looks like it does have the wheel package from the pic you posted. The regular silver wheels don't have the metallic luster.

I would say just inspect the car overall and test drive to make sure everything is fine. Assuming the warranty is still intact and the car is stock, everything else should be good.

It does have the factory ford warranty still. 100% stock. I'm gonna go back sometime this week and look it over better and get more pics, and finally get behind the wheel on the road.

Well I drove it, WOW is all I gotta say. Hopefully finance can get the payments where I want em. But idk we shall see.

Never bought a car from a dealer used or new so I don't know how to haggle the price or anything. Asking $21871 and it has 5446 miles on it. I didn't want to get out haha.

I did find out I get a discount on new vehicles from my work so I'm gonna inquire about that when I go in tomorrow(today now ) might actually be able to get a brand new one cheaper idk.... or ford may be able to work out better payment on new we shall see.

Still curious why they didn't at least include a generic boost gauge lol

And how bad does the sound symposer mess with the sound of the car?

No idea. But the AP fixes that quickly. And the symposer isn't THAT noticeable but I love the DHM sound symposer I have. Really does open up the audible sound of the engine. Especially when it's paired with an intake and exhaust.

Yeah, that's what I meant. Guess that is kinda confusing how I worded it. Ha. But the product is great. Their's and Boomba's; can't go wrong with either.

Sorry but that price seem high to me. I got a new 2015 with Recaro seats and Rado wheels for less.

I'm not sure how or why lol but that is awesome, maybe I should look into see if the Ford dealer car get me the same car new vs buying this one......
