First gear+reverse noose after replacing slave cylinder, flywheel and clutch

Hello

After replacing the slave cylinder, flywheel and clutch on a 2014 fiesta st due to sticky pedal symptoms, I've noticed a noise when taking off in first and reverse gear.

No other noises once the car is rolling in other gears. Just first and reverse, any feedback would be helpful. I've attached a short video below to help share the sound

Throwout bearings typically make noise—whirring, grinding, squealing, or rattling—
when the clutch pedal is depressed (disengaged). The noise often starts when applying light pressure and may change or disappear when the pedal is fully released. It indicates bearing wear, lack of lubrication, or misalignment.

Just took a video from the outside to hear and see if the engine shakes. There's a little forward and backwards motion

You can also hear the gear go out into neutral when I ask my fiance to give it 2 revs.

It is noticeably quieter than the other day
