We named our 2016 Fiesta ST "Sneaky Pete". What a blast this thing is to drive. Dropped 110lbs off the back from the rear seats and trunk stuff. Having a lightweight custom molded carpet put in to cover the metal next and Dynamatting lightly to cover wires. Looking forward to a long drive for the first time.

How difficult was that rear seat removal? How difficult would it be to put them back in if one wanted to have passengers in the car, assuming one did not have the molded carpet / dynamat or if that was able to be easily swapped out?

FYI as it appears you are one of the many of us that appreciates lightness, there is a smaller aluminum "mini-spare" from a normal Fiesta tht is a direct fit, ~17 lbs lighter than the FiST full size and gives back ~3 inches of depth. I got an "as new" one from eBay for $90. (example here) It takes some fine tuning/wrangling, but the FiST's jack can still fit under the smaller spare. If you can find a spare with the shorter shaft retaining bolt/bar/plastic cup thingy, so much the better (I used the stock bar and stuffed a bit of cardboard under it to "secure" it)

It's only like 6 bolts and 30 minutes to remove all the rear stuff... I do it for trackdays

Hey folks, sorry if you are suspicious, we picked the name because of the Sneaky Pete nitrous systems back in the day, nothing weird.. Here are some pics of the progress so far. Rear seat delete with Dynamat selectively applied to the wiring to protect it/hold it down until the carpet goes in next week. Also applied some squares of Dynamat to metal that had a hollow sound. Spent the morning tapping metal and wrapping wires. Cant wait to get it carpeted in.

Does Dynamat (or ANYONE else for that matter) make black outward surfaced sound deadening material WITHOUT any logos on it (IF I wanted to forego the carpeting)?

Not that I know of. Every variant I have seen has had the logos on it for different companies.
