Fluid leak that smells awful/What is this disconnected hose

So this is from a 2017. I recently had a big turbo installed, and since getting it back, it's run fine, but the exhaust note changed noticeably (almost sounded like a slight exhaust leak to me). While driving home from Thanksgiving dinner, I noticed a P0456 code pop up on my accessport. Upon arriving home tonight, I noticed a distinct sewage-y smell, and popped the hood to see fluid pouring out from ... somewhere. After getting my flashlight, I noticed this hose was disconnected, and my coolant reservoir extremely low. Anyone know what this hose is? Should I be worried about starting my car even after it's reconnected? Any insight would be very much appreciated.

Oh, fantastic. I just found another disconnected hose. I believe this is ACTUALLY where the fluid came from. Coolant probably? Would make sense why my coolant reservoir is as low as it is. I'm losing it over here. This is ridiculous... 1000007745.jpg

reconnect the green-snaplock hose to the black plastic tube with collar- its part of 456. The coolant hose (if I remember) has/had a hard liner that made it hard to reconnect with a hose clamp - I don't think I actually bought a new one though. The smell? bad neighborhood?
