Fog lights not working

Hey all, I’ve been a lurker here for awhile, but I’m posting now because I haven’t been able to find a solution for this problem.
So the issue I’m having is that my fog lights have never worked since I bought the car in 2016 used with 13k miles. I recently upgraded the fog lights to the diode dynamics luxeon units thinking that would fix the issue, but they’re still not working. I have replaced the relay in the fuse box and the fuse for fog lights is in good condition. Anybody have any ideas on what could be causing the issue?

Have you tried reversing the plugs? I had to do that on mine, I know others have reported that it works as well. Beyond that, I'd guess it's the plug/coupler from the new lights to the car.
